Seasonality is very important to Olga Ri. To adapt to this, the brand develops four menus throughout the year that correspond to the seasons. In 2022, the spring menu was built around two ideas.
We would have a main section, Olga Ri's large garden, where the salads and bowls were integrated into a space of greenery and natural flowers, creating an atmosphere of freshness and life in this space for the customer.
The second part of the shoot involved creating a section of this large garden and presenting these elements as works of art, creating sculptural arrangements and further enhancing the brand's bowls and salads with the aim of creating a desire for them.
